Data Science Teacher - Freelance
Teaching data science bootcamp sessions covering Unsupervised Learning, NLP, and Churn Prediction.
About this role
As part of Artefact's Data Science bootcamp, I regularly teach two dedicated training weeks to their students.
The first week focuses on unsupervised machine learning — covering clustering, dimensionality reduction, and their practical applications. The second week covers the fundamentals of NLP, including topics such as sentiment analysis and topic modeling.
Adapting the technical depth and complexity of the content to the diverse backgrounds of the learners is essential. This requires the ability to dive into advanced model details for the most experienced students while maintaining a more accessible and synthetic approach for those with less technical expertise.
Key contributions
- Unsupervised Machine Learning — clustering, dimensionality reduction, practical applications.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) — sentiment analysis, topic modeling, text preprocessing.
- Churn Prediction — end-to-end supervised learning project with business framing.
- Adapts content depth and complexity to learners with diverse technical backgrounds.
