About this role

To complement the services of the advertising agency managing its campaigns, I supported the e-commerce brand Freeman T-Porter for nearly two years.

Through customer segmentation and persona creation, LTV (lifetime value) modeling, and the development of a dedicated acquisition dashboard, I helped the company gain a deeper understanding of its customers as well as its strengths and weaknesses by analyzing and monitoring key business metrics.

I regularly presented analyses and strategic recommendations to the leadership and marketing teams. Continuous exchanges with the agency enabled us to refine the dashboard and optimize the information displayed over time.
