About this role
Within the consulting firm C-Ways, I supported the Customer Insight team as a data scientist. At the intersection of data science and marketing consulting, I carried out projects across the retail, fashion, and luxury sectors.
Through data visualization, customer segmentation, data enrichment, web scraping, customer review analysis, and Python development, I leveraged data science expertise to address clients' business challenges related to customer knowledge.
A key part of the role was presenting analyses and strategic recommendations to executives, marketing teams, and management — making technical insights accessible and actionable for non-technical audiences.
